Quiet Waters Park is quite possibly the most fun place to visit in Deerfield Beach. The park hosts 430 acres of play areas. Bring your boat and enjoy a wide variety of water sport activities and fishing. Spend the afternoon biking with your family all over the park. For a small fee you can rent bikes so you don’t have to pack them up. Kids also enjoy Splash Adventure, which is an interactive water park with tunnels, slides, water buckets, and more. The hardest part of your day will be getting your kids to want to leave.
Enjoy the Deerfield Beach Boardwalk
Florida is known for having a boardwalk at almost every beach, Deerfield is no different. It is home to a sprawling boardwalk that is one mile long. Enjoying the beach is always nice, but it does make it a little difficult to bike or rollerblade from place to place. Therefore, the boardwalk comes in handy. The station was constructed in 1926 but renovated in the 1990s to provide a home for the museum. The station still serves as an active station for Amtrak and Tri-Rails passengers.
